Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched. Standard delivery usually arrives within 3–7 business days, allowing you to enjoy your Maison Luvière pieces with complete peace of mind and no additional shipping costs.
For customers who need their order sooner, we offer Express Shipping for just £5, with delivery typically within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or peak seasonal demand. For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout, and any applicable customs duties or import taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Maison Luvière, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as lingerie, swimwear, earrings, and personalized products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange an exchange, depending on your preference. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
